Manage the quote-to-close renewal process for commercial SaaS customers, achieving retention and expansion targets. Partner with Customer Success, Legal, Deals Desk, and channel partners to assess customer health, mitigate churn, forecast renewals, resolve concerns, and identify growth opportunities. Maintain an organized renewal pipeline, manage at-risk accounts, and contribute to process improvements while meeting quarterly revenue goals.

Execute partner marketing and demand-generation campaigns with cloud service providers and channel partners across Southeast Asia and India. Coordinate with alliance, sales, field marketing, and partner teams to launch regional campaigns, events, and joint marketing plans. Manage campaign messaging, calls to action, distribution, follow-up, success metrics, and Marketing Development Funds to increase awareness and partner-sourced pipeline.

Sell Wiz cloud security solutions to SMB and mid-enterprise customers in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Build executive relationships, qualify and close business to meet quotas, manage pipeline and forecasting, align with partner ecosystem, and collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product and Marketing to drive adoption and customer value.
