Coordinate and deliver technology-focused internal audits, support IT audit planning and risk assessments, develop continuous monitoring and automated audit routines, track remediation of recommendations, and prepare internal and external reporting. The role also involves supervising audit activities, collaborating with regional and external audit teams, building stakeholder relationships, and helping shape the organization’s internal audit methodology and operations.

Lead go-to-market strategy and commercial growth for Wise’s marketplace vertical. Responsibilities include partnering with Product to define marketplace solutions, developing pricing and partnership models, securing the first major marketplace partner, navigating technical, regulatory, and risk requirements, and scaling the resulting sales playbook across new verticals.

Lead product strategy and development for Wise Consumer and Business products across APAC. Define localized product experiences, long-term growth strategies, and roadmaps for mature markets. Manage a team of 4+ Product Managers, drive product-led growth through experimentation and aggressive targets, and collaborate across marketing, sales, and operations. The role requires strong product judgment, analytical and technical fluency, fintech expertise, and the ability to operate as both a hands-on contributor and player-coach.
