Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, profitability, and contract performance; support annual budgeting, variance analysis, and end-of-period financial reviews. Coordinate cross-functionally for assumptions, monitor sales and margins, produce reports (Hyperion/Oracle), recommend operational improvements, and may mentor junior analysts.

Validate supplier invoices against system purchase orders, ensure approvals and procedures are followed, process and maintain invoice records, manage vendor communications on statements and past-due balances, and handle exceptions per escalation procedures.

Manage full project lifecycle to deliver on scope, schedule, cost, staffing and vendor expectations. Develop plans, track milestones, perform root cause analysis, lead continuous improvement events, build reports/dashboards, and coordinate cross-functional teams across procurement, logistics, engineering, sales and finance.
