Provides advanced technical support and advisory services to sales teams and customers for complex technology solutions. Develops marketing initiatives, forecasts sales, manages pricing and margins, recruits and coaches staff, coordinates order and complaint resolution, and collaborates with suppliers and internal departments. The role manages a location generating up to $50 million in sales and requires travel to customer or warehouse sites.
