Teams at Wellington Management

Lead APAC product strategy and end-to-end product development for wealth solutions; orchestrate cross-functional teams, build business cases and financial models, present proposals to senior leadership, conduct market and competitive research, partner with distribution and sales to drive commercialization, and mentor strategy talent.

Provide pre- and post-trade investment compliance support, review investment management agreements and client guidelines, maintain Sentinel monitoring system, resolve exceptions, and collaborate with relationship, product, and portfolio teams to ensure regulatory and client guideline adherence.

Lead execution of APAC investment platform strategy: drive regional planning, governance, cross‑functional initiatives, technology and data enhancements, track KPIs, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day platform operations while representing APAC globally.
