Build technical credibility and revenue capability across WalkMe’s partner ecosystem. Develop joint value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and presales methodologies; design demonstrations and proofs of concept; establish technical relationships; enable partner sales and technical teams; and support demand generation activities. The role requires managing multiple partner relationships and traveling up to 50% to partner and customer sites.

The Scaled Partner Business Manager manages WalkMe's partner ecosystem through structured engagement models, ensures partner enablement and activation, drives operational execution, and collaborates across teams to accelerate partner-generated revenue.

Conduct outbound prospecting and nurture inbound leads to generate new and expansion opportunities. Map target accounts, create strategic outreach plans, research prospects, secure introductory meetings for Account Executives, engage senior executives, qualify and manage pipelines, and promote WalkMe's digital adoption solutions to increase ARR in the assigned territory.
