Supports strategic communications and corporate affairs consulting for clients across change management, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and major business events. Develops communications strategies, recommendations, client materials, and high-quality content; manages projects and workstreams; coordinates with stakeholders and external advisors; reviews junior team work; and provides client counsel. The role also contributes ideas and insights to strengthen client engagements and consultancy services.

Support client account coordination and project delivery, manage timelines and reporting, conduct research and media monitoring, turn findings into insights and reports, identify opportunities and competitor intelligence, produce strong written content, develop financial and crypto literacy, and contribute to business development and team learning.

Support PR campaign coordination and execution: research and draft press materials (press releases, pitches, opinion pieces, journalist/client emails), monitor media coverage and daily traction, build targeted media lists, generate industry research and story ideas, and assist senior staff across agency functions including event planning, brand positioning, web/graphic design, digital marketing, and agency operations.
