As a Manager Operations, oversee the safe and efficient operations of terminal facilities, manage staff, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and drive operational excellence through data analysis, planning, and strategic initiatives.

Manage contracting strategy, tendering, supplier selection and negotiations for projects (below EUR5M), oversee P2P and contract execution, develop category and project strategies, execute annual procurement plan, and improve S&P policies and systems.

Owner of FP&A processes including monthly flash reporting, budgeting, LE and Opex dashboard. Manage statutory corporate tax reporting and act as IRAS coordinator. Support investment incentive applications, drive process improvement, analytics, automation, and P&L optimization for long-term value creation.
