Define and implement HR strategies, policies, and guidelines. Oversee HR operations, recruitment needs, compliance with laws, and budget management while optimizing HR tools and processes.

Lead and execute regional quality strategy for automotive OEM and Tier 1 customers across Asia. Manage customer audits, complaint resolution (8D/A3), QMS deployment, supplier quality programs, and continuous improvement (PPM, warranty, COPQ). Oversee regional quality teams, drive IATF 16949/ISO 9001 compliance, implement APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC practices, and champion Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve operational quality and customer satisfaction.

Support regional HR transformation by coordinating training, multi-country payroll, analytics, and governance. Execute Asia-wide projects, prepare audit materials, manage Singapore payroll controls, employee engagement, and benefits administration to reduce risk and enable senior HR leadership.

Manage supplier invoice booking, account openings and liability clearance, process or authorize payments, reconcile account discrepancies with vendors and purchase teams, produce account statements, and act as primary contact for buyers and suppliers while following accounting guidelines and systems.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and variance analysis. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, balance sheet and P&L consolidations per accounting standards. Provide management reporting, act as business partner, identify process improvements, and lead local/regional change projects while ensuring budget and resource adherence.

Lead cost control for back-end semiconductor assembly and test operations. Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, support budgeting and forecasting, produce cost dashboards and KPI reports, drive process improvements with engineering and production, manage inventory and equipment capitalization, and ensure compliance for audits and accounting controls across multiple semiconductor divisions and facilities.

Lead Asia regional trade, export/import, product and data privacy compliance. Advise regional management, liaise with authorities and external counsel, maintain policies, train staff, conduct audits, investigate nonconformances, and support business on trade compliance classifications and regulations.
