Leads regional FP&A, including SG&A budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, reporting, variance analysis, profitability, cash flow, and cost-control initiatives across Asia. Partners with senior leaders on investments, M&A, pricing, restructuring, and market entry. Oversees finance transformation, automation, analytics, controls, and compliance while managing a geographically dispersed finance team.

Supports HR strategy, policies, operations, recruiting, staffing needs, HR systems, employment-law compliance, employee relations, and administrative processes. Provides first-level stakeholder support, maintains workflow coordination, executes recurring HR services, and contributes to process improvement projects and assigned workstreams.

Support regional HR transformation by coordinating training, multi-country payroll, analytics, and governance. Execute Asia-wide projects, prepare audit materials, manage Singapore payroll controls, employee engagement, and benefits administration to reduce risk and enable senior HR leadership.

Lead cost control for back-end semiconductor assembly and test operations. Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, support budgeting and forecasting, produce cost dashboards and KPI reports, drive process improvements with engineering and production, manage inventory and equipment capitalization, and ensure compliance for audits and accounting controls across multiple semiconductor divisions and facilities.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and variance analysis. Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, balance sheet and P&L consolidations per accounting standards. Provide management reporting, act as business partner, identify process improvements, and lead local/regional change projects while ensuring budget and resource adherence.
