Lead the product roadmap for an AI platform, translate user needs into requirements, and manage a team of product managers in a fast-paced environment.

Lead the roadmap, discovery, delivery, adoption, quality, and continuous improvement of internal AI platforms. Translate business needs into priorities, requirements, pilots, releases, and measurable outcomes. Partner with engineering, product owners, security, legal, and business teams on reliability, costs, responsible AI, data handling, and user adoption. Mentor product colleagues and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Leads product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and execution across multiple AI-focused tracks. Partners with Product Owners and business stakeholders, guides Producers and Project Managers, manages dependencies and risks, communicates with senior leaders, and coaches product and delivery teams. The role drives alignment, measurable outcomes, adoption, and scalable solutions across general administration, sales, PMO, and related functions.
