Partner with BD, set governance and delivery models, and drive growth, utilization, and profitability.

The Project Manager will lead key business transformation projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business goals, focusing on AI and workflow automation initiatives.

Support M&A activities: market research, target tracking, due diligence, financial modelling, deal screening, investment recommendations, negotiation support, integration coordination, and adoption of AI workflows.
