Build and maintain scalable Python backend services and secure FastAPI APIs, integrating LLMs and AI workflows into production applications. Own features through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support. Improve reliability, performance, observability, and maintainability through database optimization, caching, asynchronous processing, secure API design, automated testing, CI/CD, and containerization. Collaborate across product, frontend, AI, and infrastructure teams while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to architecture.

Designs and manages global learning programs for game development teams, especially producer, art, and technical disciplines. Conducts learning needs assessments, partners with stakeholders and subject-matter experts, oversees instructional design and delivery, manages vendors, budgets, timelines, and success metrics, and evaluates program effectiveness. The role requires strong facilitation, project management, adult learning expertise, and collaboration across studios, cultures, and time zones.

The Project Manager will lead key business transformation projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business goals, focusing on AI and workflow automation initiatives.
