Drive technical sales and business development across Vietnam for fiber optics, high-speed networking, security testing, and quantum technologies. Develop new customers, expand strategic accounts, manage channel partners, and own the sales cycle from prospecting through closure. Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, support demonstrations and proofs of concept, coordinate with engineering and product teams, build pipeline, and achieve revenue targets. Extensive travel within Vietnam and strong Vietnamese and English fluency are required.

Leads research and development of silicon photonic devices, photonic integrated circuits, optical systems, and high-speed interconnects. Develops optical characterization methods, automated laboratory test platforms, and AI-assisted measurement techniques. Supports component qualification, reliability testing, manufacturing yield optimization, and technology commercialization. Collaborates with foundries and industry partners while contributing to technology roadmaps, patents, publications, and standards across telecommunications, AI data centers, quantum networking, and photonic computing.

Two-year rotational R&D program for early-career engineers focused on researching, prototyping, and productizing generative and agentic AI solutions for telecommunications. Responsibilities include developing tested Python code, working with LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks, applying AI safety practices, collaborating with Agile teams, and rotating across expert engineering groups before joining a designated VIAVI team.
