The role requires efficient task management, independent prioritization, strong attention to detail, and communication with internal teams while working remotely across U.S. time-zone overlap.

Manage full-cycle accounting for U.S.-based startup clients, including reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, expense management, and stakeholder communication. Apply U.S. accounting standards, make sound financial judgments in evolving environments, integrate applications with QuickBooks Online, optimize processes, and provide actionable financial insights in a fully remote setting.
