Leads Quality and Operations for a Singapore inspection and distribution center. Oversees component authentication, inspection, counterfeit mitigation, quality systems, material disposition, investigations, corrective actions, customer escalations, and continuous improvement. Manages and develops teams while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, AS9120, AS6081, customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.

Provides administrative and operational support for a strategic sourcing program by coordinating suppliers, tracking purchase orders, inspections, payments, quotations, and order status. Supports supplier Quarterly Business Reviews and related activities while managing stakeholder communications and multiple procurement tasks. This is an onsite Singapore position requiring valid local work authorization.

The Strategic Account Manager will manage key customer accounts, develop relationships, and achieve gross profit sales goals while using ERP and CRM systems.
