Perform final quality control inspections of electronic components, document results in the ERP, conduct QMS and ESD audits, train and support inspectors, coordinate with Purchasing/Sales on quality issues, and assist with customer corrective actions and technical support.

The Strategic Account Manager will manage key customer accounts, develop relationships, and achieve gross profit sales goals while using ERP and CRM systems.
