Teams at Veeam

Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities and vendor services, supplies, purchasing, expenses, workplace communications, and safety coordination. Provide backup executive assistant support to the SVP, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, urgent administrative matters, and handovers. Balance office management responsibilities with executive support while maintaining discretion, organization, responsiveness, and strong communication with employees, leaders, vendors, and external partners.

Designs and leads post-sales technical solutions for enterprise customers using Veeam products. Conducts technical discovery, creates solution and reference architectures, develops detailed implementation documentation, estimates project requirements, and provides deployment oversight. Supports proof-of-concepts, partner implementations, troubleshooting, and customer adoption. Collaborates with sales, pre-sales, project managers, and customer success teams while evaluating emerging technologies across containers, security, hybrid cloud, and enterprise infrastructure.

Supports APJ sales through revenue intelligence, sales operations, performance analysis, reporting standardization, annual planning, pipeline and forecasting analysis, and strategic business analysis. The role partners with sales leadership, prepares QBR and summit materials, identifies performance opportunities, advises on initiatives, and drives process improvements across global and regional teams.
