Teams at Veeam

Drive architecture, planning, and project management for data availability and protection engagements. Assess, design, implement, and optimize Veeam solutions across virtualization, storage, networking, and cloud environments. Produce documentation, deliver onsite knowledge transfer, liaise between clients and support, and identify upsell/service opportunities while managing multiple concurrent projects.

Supports non-standard sales deals by reviewing pricing, licensing, discounts, contractual terms, and policy compliance. Partners with sales, finance, legal, renewals, channel teams, and senior management to facilitate approvals, maximize margins, and enable decisions on complex transactions. Maintains deal and discounting reports, trains sales teams on quoting tools and agreements, identifies discrepancies, and recommends corrective actions.

Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities and vendor services, supplies, purchasing, expenses, workplace communications, and safety coordination. Provide backup executive assistant support to the SVP, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, urgent administrative matters, and handovers. Balance office management responsibilities with executive support while maintaining discretion, organization, responsiveness, and strong communication with employees, leaders, vendors, and external partners.
