Lead APAC sales strategy and execution for a Kubernetes and AI infrastructure platform. Recruit and develop enterprise sales teams, build a high-performance hunting culture, drive pipeline generation, orchestrate strategic deals, improve forecast accuracy, and manage land-and-expand growth. Partner with marketing on regional events and demand generation while engaging C-level customers and technical leaders. The role requires deep cloud-native expertise, startup experience, and the ability to scale sales operations in a high-growth environment.

Lead end-to-end post-sales customer success for vCluster: onboard customers, build success plans, drive adoption, articulate business value, run executive reviews, design deployment architectures, and own renewals and expansion while advocating customer needs to Product and Engineering.
