Support the PMO by creating and updating 2D AutoCAD technical layout drawings, preparing layouts and as-built proposals, optimizing factory floor and process flows, and considering cleanroom requirements while learning manufacturing equipment and workflow.

Manage project execution using structured project management practices to deliver scope, schedule, and budget. Create and maintain project artifacts; coordinate stakeholders and cross-functional teams; identify and mitigate risks; justify capital investments; support change control, BOM and SOP updates; drive process improvements, quality, safety, and cost reduction; and liaise with technical SMEs on manufacturing and sterilization technologies while ensuring EHS compliance.

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for the Peritoneal Dialysis portfolio. Support annual marketing plans, product launches, market and competitive analyses, sales enablement, demand forecasting, and creation of marketing and educational materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, engage KOLs and stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and optimize marketing performance to drive commercial growth and patient engagement.
