Lead financial reporting, forecasting, annual planning, variance analysis, dashboards, and scenario modeling for assigned manufacturing business areas. Partner with plant and operations leadership on inventory, costs, productivity, capital expenditures, and improvement initiatives. Support internal controls, audits, inventory valuation, standard cost reviews, and trade compliance submissions while providing actionable financial insights.

Lead APAC strategic commercial transformation projects through PMO governance, workstream coordination, executive reporting, change management, communications, risk management, organizational design, and benefits realization. The role partners with senior stakeholders across supply chain and related functions to improve operational and commercial outcomes, establish consistent transformation practices, and support adoption across regional teams.

Leads the plant’s margin improvement, operational excellence, and strategic initiative portfolio. Owns opportunity pipelines, governance, cross-functional execution, business cases, savings validation, ROI analysis, and benefit sustainment. Partners with Finance and operational stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in cost, productivity, service, quality, and efficiency while managing risks, milestones, escalations, and executive updates.
