Process Engineer responsible for manufacturing process improvement, product and process changes, validation, commissioning, troubleshooting, corrective actions, maintenance engineering support, label changes, and EHS compliance. The role improves equipment performance, reduces production costs, supports quality and customer complaint investigations, coordinates engineering projects, and collaborates with manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory, marketing, procurement, and vendors. Fresh engineering graduates may apply despite the stated three-year experience preference.

Leads APAC sales operations, commercial planning, sales force effectiveness, territory and quota management, incentive governance, CRM adoption, forecasting, analytics, and performance management. Builds regional operating models, drives transformation, partners cross-functionally, and develops high-performing teams across multiple markets.

Leads the plant automation transformation roadmap, prioritizes automation and productivity opportunities, and manages initiatives from business case through deployment and sustainment. Establishes program governance, milestones, risk management, and executive reporting. Develops capital requests, ROI analyses, resource plans, and benefit tracking. Coordinates Operations, Engineering, Quality, Validation, EHS, Finance, Procurement, Planning, Fulfillment, IT/OT, and external partners to deliver measurable productivity, quality, capacity, labor efficiency, and cost improvements.

Lead financial reporting, forecasting, annual planning, variance analysis, dashboards, and scenario modeling for assigned manufacturing business areas. Partner with plant and operations leadership on inventory, costs, productivity, capital expenditures, and improvement initiatives. Support internal controls, audits, inventory valuation, standard cost reviews, and trade compliance submissions while providing actionable financial insights.

Manage product and process changes, validation, and manufacturing improvement projects. Improve equipment performance, productivity, energy and water usage, process capability, and production costs. Support manufacturing and maintenance engineering, investigate process issues and customer complaints, establish preventive maintenance schedules, manage label changes, coordinate with vendors and regulatory stakeholders, and ensure EHS and medical manufacturing compliance.
