Lead process and product-change projects to improve manufacturing capability, reliability, and cost. Manage design changes, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), commissioning, troubleshooting, and corrective actions. Apply Lean/OEE/TPM tools, ensure GMP and EHS compliance, support labeling changes, and coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory/marketing teams.

Manage project execution using structured project management practices to deliver scope, schedule, and budget. Create and maintain project artifacts; coordinate stakeholders and cross-functional teams; identify and mitigate risks; justify capital investments; support change control, BOM and SOP updates; drive process improvements, quality, safety, and cost reduction; and liaise with technical SMEs on manufacturing and sterilization technologies while ensuring EHS compliance.
