Lead process and product-change projects to improve manufacturing capability, reliability, and cost. Manage design changes, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), commissioning, troubleshooting, and corrective actions. Apply Lean/OEE/TPM tools, ensure GMP and EHS compliance, support labeling changes, and coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory/marketing teams.

Manage and execute QA activities for office and service centers: product release/recall/return, CAPA/NCR, change control, complaints, audits, supplier qualification, SOPs, training, and regulatory liaison.
