Leads parcel sales and execution across APAC, driving revenue growth, market expansion, strategic account management, project delivery, supply chain coordination, and operational excellence. Develops sales and execution strategies, negotiates major contracts, oversees complex automation projects, and ensures financial, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. Builds and manages high-performing commercial and execution teams while aligning regional activities with global fulfilment solutions objectives.

Develops technical sales solutions for airport automation projects across APAC. Partners with sales managers during pre-bid, bidding, and closing phases; translates customer requirements into competitive concepts; coordinates technical deliverables and internal support teams; presents solutions to customers; manages multiple sales phases and ensures process compliance. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, relevant engineering or logistics education, English proficiency, and up to 20% international travel.

Lead and develop Demand Management across Sales and Project Execution in APAC. Define and implement procurement strategies, drive CTO adoption, manage RFx/supplier selection and contract negotiations, ensure governance and handover between Sales and Project Execution, coach and manage a team of Demand Managers, partner with Category Management, and track procurement KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
