Manages system design, integration, testing, technical risks, supplier component verification, and customer handover for complex airport and parcel automation projects. Develops integration and test plans, translates customer requirements into solutions, monitors progress, evaluates change impacts, and coordinates internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong systems engineering, analytical, communication, partnership-building, and team leadership skills, with approximately 50% travel during project handover phases.

As a PLC Engineer, you will diagnose and resolve system errors, support Low-Level-Control systems, and provide technical support for automation systems.

Lead and develop Demand Management across Sales and Project Execution in APAC. Define and implement procurement strategies, drive CTO adoption, manage RFx/supplier selection and contract negotiations, ensure governance and handover between Sales and Project Execution, coach and manage a team of Demand Managers, partner with Category Management, and track procurement KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
