Lead Dirt Is Good’s global sensorial innovation platform, developing a multi-year pipeline across fragrance, product experience, premiumisation, technology and new formats. The role spans trend identification, consumer insight, proposition development, commercialization and global deployment across Asian markets. The manager will coordinate Marketing, R&D, Design, CMI, Supply Chain and external partners while influencing local markets and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable innovations and brand growth.
