Lead executive business reviews, customer health initiatives, utilization plans, escalations, and cross-functional issue resolution. Partner with Sales, Support, Implementation, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve customer outcomes. The role includes remote and on-site engagements and approximately 25% travel.

Build qualified B2B sales pipeline across Australia and New Zealand through outbound prospecting. Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, personalize multichannel outreach, handle objections, qualify opportunities, and partner with Account Executives.
