Own the roadmap, backlog, and delivery of regulated retail investment products spanning stocks, crypto, and future asset classes. Translate capital markets and digital-asset mechanics into simple customer experiences, manage broker and vendor integrations, define KPIs, and coordinate Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing across jurisdictions. The role requires hands-on agile product management, technical literacy, regulatory expertise, and experience scaling consumer financial products.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of a shared lending platform serving multiple products and markets. Define platform architecture principles, APIs, configuration capabilities, and build-versus-buy decisions. Lead real-time credit decisioning, risk and compliance integrations, data aggregation, IFRS9 reporting, and ML-assisted lending capabilities. Coordinate dependencies across lending products and collaborate with Credit Risk, Analytics, Engineering, Compliance, and country business teams.

Design scalable mobile product experiences and UX strategies across user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final product execution. Collaborate with multinational stakeholders, apply best-practice Android and iOS UX methods, advocate for effective AI use in design processes, and communicate and defend design visions while adapting to stronger alternatives.
