Lead end-to-end engineering delivery for a new crypto and payments product: hire and grow the founding team, set architecture and integration frameworks, make build-vs-buy decisions, run AI-native engineering practices, orchestrate multi-vendor integrations, and partner with product, design, compliance and bank engineering to deliver regulated products across jurisdictions.

Write clear, consistent customer-facing product copy (microcopy, notifications, errors) with a systems mindset; evolve style guides and pattern libraries; use AI tooling to identify inconsistencies and draft variants; review messaging pre-launch; analyze user data to measure impact; ensure localisation and accessibility; and present/defend content decisions cross-functionally.
