Define scalable mobile architecture, ensure app performance and quality, mentor engineers, drive best practices and knowledge sharing, coordinate with cross-functional squads, and split time between people management and hands-on execution.

Lead and deliver banking change projects within a global operating model. Develop governance frameworks, manage stakeholders, analyze options, provide solutions, mentor and train junior staff, ensure local regulatory/compliance alignment, and use PM tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Requires 5+ years' experience and Singapore citizenship/PR.

Provide L2 support for enterprise LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, troubleshoot L2/L3 protocols and firewalls, manage NAC and Wi‑Fi infrastructure, perform cloud connectivity diagnostics, monitor networks with tools like SolarWinds, execute ITIL change processes, maintain documentation, and assist in upgrades/migrations and modernization projects (Cisco Nexus, ACI).
