Provide L2 support for enterprise LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, troubleshoot L2/L3 protocols and firewalls, manage NAC and Wi‑Fi infrastructure, perform cloud connectivity diagnostics, monitor networks with tools like SolarWinds, execute ITIL change processes, maintain documentation, and assist in upgrades/migrations and modernization projects (Cisco Nexus, ACI).

Provide L2 support for enterprise LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, troubleshoot routing/switching and security issues, manage NAC and Wi‑Fi infrastructure, participate in firewall and network upgrades, follow ITIL change/incident processes, and maintain monitoring, documentation, and escalation to L3 as needed.

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB); configure workflows, UI pages, and business rules; gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions; perform unit testing, troubleshooting and L2 support; document configurations and enable knowledge transfer.
