Designs scalable Twilio communication solutions for enterprise prospects, leads technical discovery, builds prototypes and proofs of concept, delivers demonstrations, and advises on security, compliance, integrations, and architecture. Partners with sales, product, and engineering teams to drive technical wins and influence the product roadmap.

Designs and presents Twilio-powered customer engagement solutions for APJ customers. Leads discovery, translates requirements into architectures and implementation roadmaps, delivers software demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, addresses technical objections, responds to RFPs/RFIs, and partners with Account Executives to support deal closures. The role blends communications, AI, experience design, technical solution architecture, executive relationship building, and customer travel.

Manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts across India and South Asia, driving retention, upsell, cross-sell, revenue, gross margin, and profit growth. Develop account strategies, conduct consultative sales cycles, identify opportunities, manage forecasts, and present guidance to executives. Partner cross-functionally with product, finance, support, and services teams while engaging technical and business leaders. The remote Singapore-based role requires approximately 30% travel.
