Prospect, consultatively sell multi-product SaaS/CPaaS and data solutions, build C-suite relationships, manage complex deals and forecasts, collaborate cross-functionally to design contracts, and maintain pipeline in Salesforce. Target SEA and India enterprise accounts.

Lead digital customer success for APJ, driving adoption, retention, and expansion of the Segment platform. Build scaled programs, measure customer health, partner cross-functionally, mentor peers, and influence global strategy to boost customer value and identify growth opportunities.
