The role partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, and the AI Platform team on quality evaluation, safe human escalation, automation, rollout readiness, and user experience improvements.

Source, screen, and attract talent while partnering with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies. Coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, manage candidate communications, support employer branding, and report on recruiting progress. The role also contributes to HR projects in a fast-paced, global, fully remote Web3 organization.

The Senior Platform Engineer will manage and build cloud-native infrastructures, develop backend features, ensure high availability, and interface with users while leveraging AI to enhance developer productivity.
