Owns end-to-end bancassurance sales performance, including targets, lead-to-sale funnel management, scorecards, incentives, dashboards, pipeline reviews, coaching, training, sales quality, regulatory governance, and partner coordination. The role improves conversion, productivity, capability, and fair dealing across the sales channel while supporting recruitment, retention, and succession planning.

Own the end-to-end Bancassurance digital platform, optimizing customer journeys, lead generation, conversion, campaigns, and cross-sell strategies. Manage insurance partnerships, collaborate with technology, marketing, operations, legal, compliance, risk, and finance teams, and ensure regulatory governance. Analyze campaign ROI and platform performance, define user stories and acceptance criteria, oversee customer service quality, and deliver digital product enhancements through agile cross-functional teams.

Leads treasury and balance sheet management across liquidity, funding, capital, interest-rate risk, ALM, regulatory compliance, reporting, and treasury operations. Advises senior leadership on balance sheet optimization, oversees ALCO and ICAAP activities, manages funding strategies and transfer pricing, and ensures adherence to MAS and group requirements. The role also owns treasury systems, automation, controls, audits, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
