Leads Trellix’s APJ Sales Engineering organization, setting regional strategy, improving pipeline influence, forecasting, operational performance, and partner enablement. Builds and develops high-performing teams, collaborates with sales, product, marketing, and services leadership, and engages directly with strategic customers and partners to drive enterprise SaaS cybersecurity opportunities. The role requires extensive APAC leadership experience, technical credibility, consultative selling expertise, and approximately 50% overnight travel.

Drive net-new and incremental channel sales through partners, MSPs, distributors and OEMs. Build pipeline, manage channel sales process (MEDDPICC), scope requirements, lead POCs/POVs, negotiate contracts, upsell/cross-sell, and maintain partner/customer relationships to achieve quotas.
