Supports TOMRA reverse vending machine products through installation, configuration, troubleshooting, technical case management, performance monitoring, documentation, training, and deployment activities. The role collaborates with R&D teams in China, analyzes machine data and service trends, supports corrective improvements, and develops local product expertise. It also requires adherence to safety, HSE, and incident-reporting standards while communicating with technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders in English and Mandarin.
