Teams at Tilla

Owns Tilla’s APAC new-business strategy and sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation, closing, and customer handoff. Builds relationships with ship managers, ship owners, and crewing organizations; manages complex, multi-stakeholder deals; represents the company at industry events; maintains CRM and forecasts; and helps shape the APAC go-to-market strategy. The role is based near Singapore and includes regular regional travel.
