Manage daily liquidity, funding wires, FX conversions, payment processing, and transaction reconciliations. The role works across client- and server-side systems using a stack including Golang, Python, Perl, PostgreSQL, Vue.js, Docker, Nginx, and AWS.

Lead and mentor a Singapore-based software engineering team building and operating high-throughput payout APIs and backend microservices. Own platform architecture, scalability, security, availability, SLA compliance, testing, documentation, and code quality. Drive Agile delivery, CI/CD automation, infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and zero-downtime deployments. Collaborate with architecture, product, and global engineering teams to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
