The Head of Product is responsible for leading product development, managing teams, creating strategies for market engagement and optimizing technology solutions across various product portfolios in a high-growth environment at Thunes.

Lead Singapore compliance as MLRO, deploy and align Thunes Group compliance frameworks (AML/CTF, sanctions, ABC), support KYC and transaction monitoring, manage regulatory relationships with MAS and local authorities, perform risk assessments, remediate audit findings, train stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional compliance activities across regions.

Own and scale the global MarTech stack, embed AI across workflows, automate lead research and enrichment, optimise inbound/outbound engines, manage lifecycle and attribution using Salesforce/Pardot, Dreamdata and other analytics to connect marketing activity to revenue, and support SDRs, events and cross-functional stakeholders with data-driven tools and reporting.
