The Business Development Manager at Thoughtworks will lead client growth by managing new opportunities, building relationships, and driving high-value sales in enterprise IT services, particularly within healthcare and public sectors.

The Client Partner will manage a portfolio of clients in the Public Sector, Healthcare & Life Sciences, driving revenue and maintaining relationships while overseeing account strategies and team leadership.

Develop and deliver high-quality software in collaborative, cross-functional teams using clean, test-driven, and continuous delivery practices. Write maintainable, object-oriented code, participate in pair programming and DevOps culture, and apply modern patterns and tooling to solve client problems while continuously learning and sharing knowledge.

Lead technical delivery and act as primary client contact. Design solutions, write and review code, apply TDD/CI/DevSecOps, mentor engineers, collaborate on UX and prototypes, and guide teams from ideation to production while advocating best practices.
