Delivers production-ready banking technology implementations directly with client engineering teams. Responsibilities include backend development, systems integration, infrastructure, distributed-systems troubleshooting, cloud deployment, technical consulting, presales support, and end-to-end project delivery. The role writes Python or Go, works with Kubernetes, databases, messaging systems, and cloud platforms, travels to client sites up to 25% of the time, and channels client feedback into product improvements.

Lead client-facing architecture for Vault-based core banking and payments transformations across presales and delivery. Define target architectures, design end-to-end solutions, advise on migration and non-functional requirements, create AI agents to accelerate delivery, train client teams, produce architectural collateral, and feed product roadmap insights to Thought Machine.

Lead efforts to win Tier 1 APAC banks by developing targeted proposals, building executive relationships, generating pipeline, exceeding sales targets for software and services, partnering with marketing and product teams, and executing a Tier 1-focused APAC sales plan.
