Serve as main contact for customers and channel partners across SE Asia; manage order fulfillment, quotations, pricing, availability, delivery, billing, returns and complaints. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance on AR/AP. Meet KPIs and SLAs, prepare order documentation, drive process improvements, and work across time zones and cultures to ensure excellent customer service.

Support regional sales performance through SFDC hygiene, pipeline governance, forecasting, and commercial reporting. Prepare dashboards, analyze funnel health, track win rates and customer engagement, drive data quality, partner with country sales teams, and present insights to leadership to improve commercial execution.

Support clinical trials by managing project documentation, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of services. Plan projects, maintain documentation, coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, analyze data and generate reports, and support continuous improvement to meet client expectations.
