Process end-to-end payroll for assigned legal entities across multiple regions, including payroll adjustments, off-cycle payments, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and statutory filings. Coordinate with payroll vendors, Finance, HR, and Benefits teams; resolve discrepancies; respond to employee inquiries; maintain confidential records; and support payroll process improvements and related projects.

Leads APAC digital product strategy, roadmap development, customer insight, revenue and funnel performance analysis, experimentation, and global-to-local product adoption. Partners with regional and global commercial, marketing, UX, analytics, and engineering teams to prioritize customer-facing digital capabilities, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes across diverse markets.

Support APJ finance planning, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and decision support. Analyze operational and transactional data, maintain dashboards and business intelligence tools, investigate data issues, assess product and service profitability, identify P&L drivers, and build forecast models. Collaborate with business partners to develop assumptions, improve data quality, strengthen financial controls, and deliver insights for financial objectives.
