Lead needs assessments and stakeholder engagement to design a centralized conservation data system. Advise on technical platform options, collaborate with IT, produce reports and presentations, and drive adoption across portfolios. May lead project teams and support adaptive management through data strategy and implementation.

Lead and execute statistical and geospatial analyses to quantify and map climate mitigation potential from forests and peatlands. Design analytical workflows, manage projects and partners, create datasets, tools, reports, and deliver trainings and technical support for global conservation initiatives. Communicate results via publications, visualizations, and capacity-building activities; occasional fieldwork and international travel possible.

Lead operational execution and portfolio management for a global carbon project portfolio. Maintain portfolio health, coordinate financing mechanisms, integrate multi-source data, build semi-automated dashboards and processes, advise project teams, supervise staff, and drive continuous learning and strategy iteration across a matrixed international program.
