Requires strong organization, discretion, communication, and ability to manage competing priorities.

Leads integrated communications strategies for corporate sustainability, translating complex science and financial topics into compelling content for executives, investors, donors, and partners. Drives thought leadership, media visibility, speaking opportunities, digital channel strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Manages initiatives, budgets, vendors, and potentially staff while positioning the organization as an authority on climate- and nature-positive business outcomes.

Lead identification, prioritization, and tracking of public funding opportunities across Asia Pacific. Draft and edit concept notes, EOI and full proposals; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; assemble proposal components and ensure donor compliance. Support pipeline reporting, capacity building, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen regional public funding processes and outcomes.

Lead regional public sector engagement to secure public funding for conservation across Asia Pacific. Identify funding opportunities, support co-creation of donor-funded projects, strengthen relationships with governments and multilateral donors, build internal capacity (training, tools, BBCRM/HUB use), coordinate proposal development and approvals, and track donor priorities and fundraising performance to advance TNC's 2030 goals.

Lead sustainable finance projects for fisheries and aquaculture: manage project pipeline, design business and financing models, build financial analyses and business cases, advise field teams, manage consultants, and communicate value propositions to diverse stakeholders to advance conservation finance goals.
