Provide regional legal support for AP&J: negotiate and manage commercial contracts (NDAs, SaaS, ELAs, SOWs), support bid and GTM activities, advise on compliance and regulatory changes, handle entity management and board secretarial duties, and deliver practical risk-weighted legal guidance to Sales, Product, Engineering and other teams. Serve as first-line in-territory counsel and ensure operational feasibility of legal commitments.

The IT Support Engineer will provide high-touch technical support for users, manage endpoint security, and assist with user onboarding. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, maintaining hardware, and collaborating with teams globally.
