Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding adoption of banking technology solutions, engaging C-level decision-makers, developing strategic sales plans, cultivating client relationships, analyzing sales data, and overcoming buyer resistance. The role requires strong B2B direct-selling expertise, customer insight, value communication, and proficiency with sales systems and analytics.

Identify, recruit, onboard and manage sales partners (introducers, resellers, distributors) across APAC to drive Temenos product sales. Build partner business plans, enablement, pipeline management, coordinate internal teams for opportunities, support partners through sales cycles, forecasting, RFPs and reporting, and execute local go-to-market strategies.

Client-facing solution architect leading pre-sales architecture workshops, designing end-to-end Temenos banking solutions (SaaS/private/public/on-prem), authoring technical RFP/RFI responses, providing sizing, integration and migration guidance, and representing BSG at events and in technical thought leadership.
