Build and deploy production software for enterprise customers in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Lead technical discovery, architecture, proofs of concept, integrations, observability, LLM gateway deployments, model routing, and production launches using Telnyx communications and AI technologies. Troubleshoot complex customer environments, document solutions, support go-live stability, and collaborate with Product and Engineering. The role requires customer-facing engineering, cloud-native development, high-concurrency systems, APIs, real-time communications, and independent technical judgment.

Owns a named enterprise-account territory across Singapore and ASEAN, leading prospecting, executive engagement, technical-commercial discovery, POC management, negotiation, closing, forecasting, and account expansion. Partners with a Forward Deployed Engineer to sell connectivity, communications, Voice AI, wireless, and networking solutions to technical and business buyers. The role also establishes the local enterprise sales playbook, builds references, and develops production workloads.
