Manages export control compliance across the Asia Pacific and Japan region. Responsibilities include handling escalations, implementing regional trade compliance programs, delivering training, maintaining export records, conducting audits and self-assessments, responding to government inquiries, managing regulatory staff or vendors, and integrating trade automation tools with SAP and JDE systems.

Leads SAP functional analysis for finance, supply chain, sales operations, and customer service. The role gathers requirements, conducts process and fit-gap analysis, writes functional specifications, coordinates testing and data migration, manages change backlogs, supports releases and post-go-live issues, and delivers user training. It serves as the primary bridge between business users, IT teams, implementation partners, and managed service providers while ensuring governance, documentation, and adoption standards are maintained.
