Perform tier 1/2 triage, investigation and incident response for cyber incidents; monitor and analyze logs and network traffic; remediate threats (malware, phishing, web attacks); escalate to CSIRT; manage incident intake and coordinate across CSOC, CSIRT, ITS and LOBs; work rotating on-site Singapore shifts to support 24x7 security operations.

Manage corporate secretarial and governance activities across Asia: prepare board/shareholder resolutions and filings, maintain statutory registers, support board meetings, oversee third-party providers, ensure compliance with subsidiary governance policies and regional regulatory requirements.

Supports APAC Capital Markets trade operations across Funding, Money Market, and Treasury products. Manages payment flows, liquidity requirements, transaction monitoring, Nostro investigations, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, exceptions, and operational controls. Acts as a payment authorizer, handles internal and external queries, and supports team workflows. Leads business requirements, impact assessments, testing, system implementations, process improvements, and operational readiness initiatives while providing guidance and training to team members.
