Supports food ingredient product and process R&D by translating laboratory starch modification protocols into scalable automated reactor processes. Executes and improves automated process recipes, troubleshoots control systems, analyzes process data, and collaborates with R&D, process development, digitalization, IT, and vendors. Contributes to product development, experimental design, equipment improvements, safety and compliance, intellectual property, and technical project reviews.
