Teams at Tapestry - Coach and Kate Spade

Supports transportation, fulfillment center operations, inventory accuracy, service performance, and supply chain execution across Southeast Asia and Oceania. Analyzes logistics and cost data, develops AI-enabled insights, monitors KPIs, supports forecasting and capacity planning, validates billing, identifies process improvements, and manages logistics provider performance. Partners with internal stakeholders, carriers, fulfillment centers, and 3PLs to resolve issues, improve efficiency, control costs, and communicate operational risks and recommendations.

Manages sales, discount, and margin planning for Singapore and Malaysia, including annual plans, forecasts, performance tracking, risks, and opportunities. Partners with retail, merchandising, marketing, digital, and operations teams to evaluate promotions and growth initiatives, build financial models, and drive profitable decisions. Enhances FP&A through analytics, AI, and automation while preparing executive communications and supporting market engagement.

Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, add-on recommendations, and purchase decisions. Build customer relationships through product knowledge, storytelling, and personalized service. Complete POS transactions, maintain stockroom organization, support operational excellence, and collaborate with teammates. The role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days.
