Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, add-on recommendations, and purchase decisions. Build customer relationships through product knowledge, storytelling, and personalized service. Complete POS transactions, maintain stockroom organization, support operational excellence, and collaborate with teammates. The role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days.

Supports monthly US GAAP close processes, journal entries, balance reconciliations, intercompany accounting, inventory and payroll accounting, SOX compliance, statutory audits, and tax filings across Southeast Asia. The role also assists with SAP enhancements, robotic automation, and other accounting projects. Candidates need an accounting or finance degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and advanced Microsoft Office skills; SAP S/4HANA and tax knowledge are advantageous.

Serve as a Coach brand ambassador by delivering personalized luxury-retail service, building client relationships, driving sales through styling and recommendations, and meeting individual and store KPIs. Operate POS and clienteling tools, process transactions, support inventory and replenishment, maintain sales-floor standards, participate in visual merchandising, and collaborate with teammates. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
