Lead insurance transformation consulting projects from analysis through delivery, guiding client problem-solving, developing actionable solutions, mentoring consultants, conducting market analysis, and supporting business development. The role requires project leadership and business analysis experience in life or non-life insurance, especially Property & Casualty, with expertise in areas such as distribution, AI-led transformation, core systems, underwriting, claims, accounting, or process improvement.

Provides business analysis and consulting services for banking regulatory compliance, financial crime compliance, AML, and KYC initiatives. Automates manual processes, analyzes business-process inefficiencies, translates requirements into detailed documentation, and develops well-defined user stories for technical delivery. Builds client relationships, manages stakeholders, drives risk initiatives across functions, and applies project-management practices. Familiarity with Actimize or NetReveal is preferred, along with understanding of AI and emerging technologies.

Business Analyst consultants analyze banking processes, automate manual workflows, identify inefficiencies, and translate business requirements into detailed BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process documentation. The role focuses on AML, KYC, financial crime compliance, transaction screening, and Fircosoft implementation or upgrades. Responsibilities include screening rule configuration, list management, tuning, stakeholder engagement, and supporting developers with sufficiently detailed requirements.
