Hands-on role supporting a Singapore distribution hub: provision and test inbound/outbound units, configure POC hardware, install basic components, register and track jobs, follow up shipments, prepare operational reports, and coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal teams.

Support finance team with invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, billing, record keeping, management reporting, data validation, month-end reconciliations, and administrative tasks while using Excel and the Fr8Labs freight management system.

Hands-on 6-month intern role implementing integrations between FMS and TradeWeb, scoping EDI, building KPI dashboards, supporting WMS migration and change management, and developing automations using Zapier/n8n, AWS Lambda, and Google Apps Script.
