The role partners with product and technical teams, resolves complex delivery issues, presents to senior executives, and influences technology adoption across Asia.

Designs and maintains conceptual, logical, physical, analytical, and dimensional data models supporting reporting, analytics, AI, and business decisions. Develops source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, data dictionaries, and integrated data assets. Profiles data sources, creates analytics tables, supports ingestion and transformation processes, and contributes to data quality, metadata, lineage, and governance. Collaborates with analysts, technology teams, and data platform teams to deliver scalable, reusable enterprise data solutions.

Leads strategic expense management for Private Wealth, including budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, chargebacks, governance, controls, savings optimization, and financial transformation. Partners with global controllers, FP&A, procurement, and business leaders to provide insights, improve efficiency, automate processes, and integrate analytics or AI. Requires strong financial analysis, compliance, stakeholder management, and global collaboration skills.
