Lead enterprise client onboarding projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, create project plans and communication workflows, and train client teams to drive adoption of Sumsub compliance products for a smooth implementation.

Manage and grow client relationships across technical, business, and product levels. Identify opportunities and risks, provide training and webinars, introduce new features, collect client feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success and adoption.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new verticals in Indonesia and APAC, build sales pipelines, and manage the full sales cycle for major accounts. Collaborate with product and marketing teams, represent the company at conferences, educate internal teams on target industries, and serve as an expert in market trends, fraud prevention, and compliance solutions.
