The role involves managing key accounts, driving sales processes, developing outbound strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to expand business in the Greater China region.

Lead and grow a global Program Management team to launch and scale strategic risk and compliance programs in new markets (focus APAC). Own end-to-end program delivery, build 0->1 frameworks, ensure operational readiness, align cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Eng, Legal, Finance, GTM), manage risks and dependencies, and report to executive sponsors.

Analyze payment flows and network fees, translate network specifications into billing models, identify cost-saving opportunities, partner with engineering, product, and finance, maintain fee accuracy and alerts, document and scale operational processes, and educate stakeholders.
