Advise strategic customers on payment optimization, conversion, fraud, costs, and cross-border flows; support product adoption, go-to-market initiatives, training, executive briefings, and customer engagement. Help improve Stripe products and strengthen its reputation within the payments industry.

Lead and scale a Greater China Customer Success team serving strategic enterprise customers. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, developing team strategy, driving revenue and performance metrics, managing operations, advising on account strategies, serving as an executive sponsor, collaborating cross-functionally, and traveling within Greater China to strengthen customer relationships.

Sell and drive revenue for Stripe Tax across APAC, including Southeast Asia, Greater China, Australia, and New Zealand. Lead complex customer discussions, acquire new clients, expand existing accounts, explain tax solutions to technical and executive stakeholders, and negotiate bespoke agreements. Develop go-to-market playbooks, collaborate with product and technical teams, guide customers through implementation, and identify growth opportunities through industry and market knowledge.
