Debug and optimize backend services, APIs, databases, and CI/CD pipelines while partnering with cross-domain engineering teams to adopt standards and reduce operational friction.

Lead FP&A across markets and products, owning budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles. Prepare board and management materials, partner with product and commercial teams to optimize unit economics, support fundraising and investor due diligence, and drive process and systems improvements using automation and AI. Deliver decision-ready recommendations and challenge business assumptions.

Perform on-chain monitoring and blockchain transaction investigations to detect and escalate suspicious activity. Lead complex investigations (money laundering, hacks, ransomware, SIM-swap, terrorism financing), use blockchain analytics to trace funds, manage law enforcement and regulatory requests, prepare STRs, ensure MAS AML/CFT compliance, and improve on-chain risk controls and typology research.
