Lead multiple Workday Financial and HCM implementation projects from start to finish. Manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, teams, client relationships, requirements translation, stakeholder communications, and delivery quality. Support internal capability through knowledge sharing, training, and mentoring while maintaining expertise in Workday and financial ERP systems.

Provides Workday Finance Record-to-Report consulting as a subject matter expert and solution architect. Designs and deploys Workday solutions, translates business requirements into system requirements, manages integrations and touchpoints, and supports client relationships. Leads or contributes to projects across scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities also include mentoring colleagues, facilitating stakeholders, maintaining technical expertise, and independently planning work within the functional area.
