The Workday Consultant will oversee the implementation of Workday HCM projects, manage client deliverables, provide subject matter expertise, and guide colleagues while ensuring adherence to project scope and quality standards.

Administer Singapore payrolls, support client engagement and go-lives, maintain client solution documentation and DWIs, resolve technical/functional issues, manage legislation roadmap, support year-end, identify upsell opportunities, train and coach team members, and drive process improvements and compliance with security standards.

Lead the Advisory Team in developing HR transformation strategies, advising on HR technology, managing projects, and fostering customer relationships.
