The AVP will lead data analysis and implementation execution, coordinating with teams to deliver solutions for client data requirements and ensuring data quality and validation.

Manage client relationships and deliver fund accounting services for private equity and real estate funds. Oversee NAV calculations, financial statements, audits, investor notices, staff management, operational controls, process improvements, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Lead client enablement for front-office users to drive adoption of Charles River/State Street Alpha. Capture requirements, identify usage gaps, develop engagement and delivery strategies, influence product roadmap, coordinate across sales, client management, professional services and development, and serve as a client-facing advocate to improve user satisfaction and platform utilization.
