Leads fund accounting operations for the Hedge Funds Services business, managing teams, client relationships, financial reporting, NAV approvals, budgets, staffing, quality controls, and business planning. The role develops managers and staff, supports new business initiatives, improves operational effectiveness, oversees expenses and resources, and represents the organization with senior internal and external stakeholders. Hedge fund or fund-of-funds experience and substantial accounting and supervisory experience are required.

Oversees service quality, employee development, operational effectiveness, and strategic initiatives while partnering with senior executives and clients. Requires substantial hedge fund or fund-of-funds accounting experience, supervisory expertise, and strong communication skills.

Supervise hedge fund and alternative investment fund administration, accounting, NAV preparation, financial reporting, fee calculations, capital events, audits, tax coordination, and regulatory compliance. Manage client relationships, fund launches, onboarding, internal workflows, and escalations. Lead and mentor fund accountants while ensuring deadlines, policies, and service quality are met.
