Manage client relationships and deliver fund accounting services for private equity and real estate funds. Oversee NAV calculations, financial statements, audits, investor notices, staff management, operational controls, process improvements, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Lead client enablement for front-office users to drive adoption of Charles River/State Street Alpha. Capture requirements, identify usage gaps, develop engagement and delivery strategies, influence product roadmap, coordinate across sales, client management, professional services and development, and serve as a client-facing advocate to improve user satisfaction and platform utilization.

Serve as a senior product expert for Charles River IMS and Alpha Data Platform, driving client adoption across APAC via demos, workshops, trainings, RFP/POC support, and close collaboration with sales, relationship management and support teams. Engage traders, managers and operations professionals, provide consultancy, address product/workflow questions, and expand platform usage within existing clients.
