Provides technical guidance and hands-on support to key clients integrating Sportradar products, especially sports betting solutions. Partners with service delivery, account management, sales, product, and engineering teams to manage integrations, resolve issues, support feature adoption, and improve documentation and processes. May manage integration projects and explain complex technical topics to nontechnical audiences.
